Many western men think that things are far better in Muslim countries since traditionalism is still prevalent and laws and societal values are skewed in favor of men, but this is largely untrue.

As a man, If if I wanted to get married I will need to pay an expensive dowry, and after marriage all financial matters will be in my hand, and in exchange? well, the only value women bring to marriage is sex, literally the only thing, and they usually expect you to be happy with that, in return, they want gifts, emotional support, and rely on you to solve their problems.

What makes it more fucked up, is that these women in alot of times were actually quite promiscuous in the past, women in Muslim countries are still very sexually active outside of marriage, so basically they fuck other men for free, while they expect you to provide for them and do whatever they want in exchange for a pass to their pussy, so you end up getting the worse deal of it.

And unlike some people like to believe, the society is so hellbent on secrecy, people consider it worse to disclose someone past than actually having a past, and they expect you to be alright with your partner's past, because the past is the past and you should get over it, and don't even consider getting the truth from your partner, they would never ever disclose their past, not under any circumstances.

Same goes if they cheat (which is common), no one speak about it, again secrecy is very important part of this society, it is left for you to know what is up, and if you suspected something and wanted to get out of marriage you will have to pay divorce fees which are set before the marriage in your contract.

Marriage is a bad deal in pretty much everything place, and Muslim countries aren't an exception.
