Order your priorities:

1.) Money/School 2.) You 3.) Family 4.) You 5.) Friends 6.) You 7.) Girls

Your mind is naturally going to wonder off and start flipping this list. For me I had horrible discipline at 17-20. If you just work at it now you'll be in great shape later. At the time it was almost impossible to not be looking 5 minutes ahead instead of 5 years. Now I have so much more clarity and discipline I want to kick my own ass from back then for fucking myself.

At that age I'm afraid you are at the bottom of the Heirachy. Girls aged 16-20 will generally be seeking to hook up with men aged 19-27. I didn't lose my virginity until I was 19 so perhaps I'm not the best person to advise but you need to play the long game. The effort you put in now to self improve will reap you huge rewards later in life. If I had internalised TRP at 17 I would probably have smashed over 100 chicks by now so fear not, you have a bright future ahead of you.

Don't worry about banging chicks right now, just pour all your effort into becoming the most Alpha man you can be by the time you start college. It's good that you are on Nofap but perhaps allowing yourself one jerk per week with no visual aid will help deal with sexual frustration if it's becoming a problem.

If you are skinny you need to be eating as much as humanly possible. Don't worry too much about macros/eating healthy etc. Just eat plenty of meat and aim to get 160-200 grams of protein per day and 3000+ calories.

Ive researched this plenty and virtually everywhere I look recommends "minimum 1gram protein per pound of body weight" and "eat for the size you want to be, not the size you are"

Arnold worked with and recommended the 1g per lb ratio. It's always worked for me.

If you weigh 130 then by all means eat 130grams but a bit more won't hurt you and will likely improve your progress.
