You don't, if nothing happens after 3 dates you should soft-next, she's not really that into you. 3 months that's just stupid, she's just playing her "im uncomfortable" card, you need to play your "walking away" card. Don't try to reason with her, put your efforts onto other girls, she'll feel your disinterest and realize that it might be time to put out or you're gone, but don't overtly say anything about it.
