I won't interrupt anyone mid workout, but I'll make eye contact with regulars, give a nod or something for a passing greeting. Then if we're both in the same spot, not doing anything in the moment, I'll crack a joke, or just skip to saying I see them there all the time and introduce myself. The gym is your private workout place. This is where you go and pay homage to body and mind. You should be concentrating on that and that alone in the gym. This is the one place where you don't need or want drama. Why would you want to pull anything from this place?
