What you have to do is decide, for yourself and your own reasons, is: Are you fine having a wife with a boob job, or not? If not, you simply state you wont be in a relationship with a woman that gets a boob job. You dont explain why, you dont give reasons, you dont let her manipulate you or change your mind. You dont tell her its beucase its expensive, or because only sluts do it, or its because she craves other men attention, blah blah blah. You just decide if you accept a wife that has a boob job or not.

Y: "You can get one if you want, but i dont like boob jobs. Im not going to be in a relationship with a woman who does a boob job".

See? When you have a strong frame, outcome independence and abundance mentality ingrained into your head, nothing she says/do/thinks will affect you or change your mind. She still gets a boob job after that? Well, you cant forbid her from that. Then you bring the divorce papers and get younger/better/higher quality women. Of course, provided you have been putting in the work of improving yourself towards being a high quality man.

I honestly think this is beyond repair you let this shit go on for far too long. Ever heard "can't teach an old dog new tricks?" Well you've been beta for so long its really hard for her to see any new alphalike qualities you attain because her view of you is so clouded. One problem you're having now is arguing with her, don't argue with her or with any woman, it does nothing. Instead set boundaries and if she crosses them punish her IE NEXT.
