Guys who have dealt with smarter women - where do you find them and what have you learned?

Met one at random. What I've learned is that no matter how smart they are, or how aware they are of their nature AWALT always applies. She even admitted so herself.

Also, get out there. Her being so unique is just your mind playing tricks on you.

I went to an ivy league school and mix with those crowds very often. Awalt applies. Hypergamy on overdrive. They are generally hunting for big time game and fantastic beta bucks. If you become their escape- mr right her right now _ keep it fun light and unassuming its easy to slide in.

Smart girls can read people well so have a strong frame. Own your strengths and your weaknesses. Don't overcompensate.

As far as smart ltrs go if you cant easily replace a smart girl then you have no business in an ltr with one. Work on your options until you can.

You can find smart girls at art shows/concerts/sports clubs/big cities like nyc/san fran/chicago/austin generally have areas where young people at top firms and startups congregate. Go out to events and bars in the area. Ive met olympic athletes ballerinas minor celebrities amd high tier girls at those venues. Be prepared for strong competition.

Over the past 15 years or so, I've pretty much been involved with nothing but well-educated woman other than the chance hook-up here and there. Three of them have had doctorates in one thing or another. The rest have had masters degrees.

As someone commented above, AWALT remains true. In fact, it's even more true because they believe their education and intelligence make them special and they deserve more because of it

I once had a fling with a legitimate scientist. She worked in geographing and cartography. She is quite simply the most intelligent person I've ever befriended, male or female. She was 100x more intelligent than I.

That being said she was still incredibly emotional and had a hamster wheel like you would not believe.

AWALT, AWALT, AWALT. There is not some special level of IQ where a women stops being emotionally driven. It's in their biology.

If it's any consolation there are many high IQ women on the dating market. The fact that you're are attracted to a women with a high IQ and this turn you on is a good thing because most men are attracted to tits, ass, and a pretty face. IQ, personality, family, these are all just a bonus. My guess is you developed this fetish for high IQ women because you don't have access to more attractive women and you probably have a high IQ mother.

Your oneitis has nothing to do wither her IQ, that's just what you latched onto. If she was dumb as a rock but had a great rack you'd be saying something like, "I will never have another rack as good as that one again!" This attitude that you will never find a women with good traits is pure low confidence and low self esteem on your part. You need to go monk mode and get some success in your life apart from women. Men that don't have a lot of success in life and then get in relationship cling to those relationships and eventually destroy them with their clinginess. Therefore if you don't fix the root problem you might meet an actually Ivy league graduate next week with better tits and ass and then piss this relationship away as well. Get too improving yourself. After you've developed some confidence and success and you return to women remember that you don't own them and no matter what you do they can walk at anytime. You're always just renting a women; it's only your turn. Good luck.

How much of her Ivy Leagueness was her intelligence, and how much was hard work? In other words; how much was nature and how much was nurture?

An average IQ (100) and some hard work can get into an Ivy League university. Do you really need a girl with a high IQ to get good kids?

"Smart" is an illusion.

A "smart" man is a man who looks good on paper but doesn't give any feels. If he gave feels, a word beside "smart" would apply. It's the opposite of a backhanded compliment (a fronthanded insult?). It's a "beta" tag.

A "smart" woman looks good on paper, but looking good on paper means nothing for female attractiveness. It does still mean that you can't find anything else exceptional about her.
