it sounds like you're pretty aimless and need some new perspective.

This may seem simple, but have you tried travelling? I'm sure you're work schedule is heavy, but it sounds like you have some financial flexibility. It's astounding what going to someplace totally foreign will do your perspective. On one end it may help you find something new about yourself, or on another maybe you can just meet new people you would otherwise never get a chance to interact with. I'm not just talking about women to fuck, but interesting human beings who have some unique experiences they could share with you.

"Meditations" by Marcus Aurelius is good for perspective.

Satisfaction comes from creating something of lasting value or feeling like you're making the world a better place in some way. You need a mission that is bigger than yourself.
