TRP, in the adult world, how do you separate the winners from the losers? How does the hierarchy look like?

As you grow and become an adult you learn social and personal skills and realize that the 'popularity contests' of your younger years mean absolutely nothing. Adults judge adults on adult things, not left over insecurities from when they were a child.

Some people were popular at school and succeeded in life, some failed. Some were shit at being young but have found themselves in later years, some still haven't.

Trying to simplify anything down to 'winners' and 'losers' is going to fail because of how completely meaningless those terms are. Don't try and compete against other people. The only person worth trying to beat in life is your previous self.

It's in the gait, it's in the fashion style, the pitch of the voice, the facial expression, what the mans favorite dinner is, the sort of car he drives, and what topics he talks about.

In 5 minutes you should be able to form an image of any person you encounter, with around 80% accuracy.

It's similar but slightly more flexible. If you are a loser at highschool you are barely able to change that impression as everybody keeps this information about you.

In the adult world you are interacting with more people on a short time scale and thus you can reframe quite often. It's like all kids would change their highschool after one year.

It doesn't change. Just switch high school with job.

Being a better leader for my family. Upping my fashion. Trimming my Special Forces beard. Cultivating discipline by standing straight fucking up the moment my alarm goes off. Adding in exercising right after I turn the alarm off. Reading TRP and MRP suggested books.

I could go on, really, on and on. Point is, I am working to better myself. We all lose at some point. Just be focused on winning far more than losing
