Sounds like you answered your own question. TRP is more of a presentation of the truth than commandments of morality. It sounds like you're asking if TRP would say it's "wrong" to cheat. If that's the case, you're missing the point.

Morally and practically, The worst thing you could do would be to remain committed to her while you would rather be Fucking other women. Red pill aside, that seems unfair to her in the first place.

You should do what you want, which sounds like NOT remaining exclusive. Keep in mind the effects of acting in secrecy if you chose to go that route. Ideally you should be confident enough to tell your gf that you aren't interested in exclusivity anymore. Ideally if your SMV is high enough she would accept her position being changed to a plate. Those are ideals so don't feel like you failed if you can't pull it off. Most likely she'll be hurt and think you're a jerk. Better than lying to her in any case. And don't be surprised if in 6 months she comes back ready to be a plate.

I've known a couple guys who had multiple girls on the side but their main gf doesn't know about any of them, and they had to juggle so many hoops and lie out their ass to do it (from watching the amount of bullshit they had to go through I didn't think it was worth it). And they fucked up too, so watching them do damage control was hilarious. If you go this route (try to hide from gf), you'll probably fuck up in the end also.

If you want to be an asshole, then just do it and if she finds out then she finds out (you don't care about her feelings).

If you do care, then break up with her and pursue other options.

Since you're already in a relationship (she's your gf and not just a plate), there is no option where it's win/win (ie you get to keep her and fuck other girls too).

It's all about what you want.

You're 20. For the next few years the quality of girls you'll be able to reach will increase, and since you're here, lifting and paying attention to your surrounds, it'll probably increase fast.
LTRs aren't easy to keep (I wonder if your gf's culture might make it easier?) and if you're feeling "the urge" to date other women, you probably won't experience an intense bond with your girlfriend, which, besides family planning, is the only feasible reason for an LTR.
In every healthy LTR you'll have options and a bit of this feeling of missing out. That's the price you pay for it. The price she pays is not fucking every guy that has better looks than you have.
Either way, don't cheat. Either have an honest talk about non exclusivity or break up.

These days I'm really biased towards plate spinning. There's a lot to observe when you're building an LTR and an important thing is having a good understanding of how much work is too much work and when to cut the bond and cash in the losses.
Personally, since you're 20, I'd say end it and spin plates. This might sound harsh but you should have a perfect understanding of the "price" of a woman's sexuality before committing to a sole supplier. It won't make you enlightened about when to call it quits on a shitty LTR or when to work and solve it, but you can't possibly reach this understanding without being around for a while.
