"Kind of broke up" sounds like you hamstering away the likelihood she had sex with her ex on a convenient "break up" that lasted a very short duration. I.e., the sort of "break" that permits an entirely non-monogamous person to claim their monogamy is ongoing, because "breaks" don't count.

Move on the only reason she unblocked her ex was because she was thinking about him and most likely contacted him. Common behaviour for women after a big fight/break up to catch up with an ex. Gives them validation and the ex gets a suck/ fuck out of it. She probably felt guilty afterwards got rid of all the evidence and got back with you. In her eyes she has done nothing wrong and will for ever deny it if she did.
