Q* What is your biggest weakness? Your biggest strength?
A: My biggest weakness is that I don't know how to answer interview questions.
Seriously though...
A* I would say that my biggest weakness is that I have limited experience in the armored car industry, or any other transportation/logistics field. The majority of my previous work experience was focused on [ insert some awesome skill set that would be seen as a positive ]
My biggest strength is my focus and attention to detail, which in my experience, makes it easy for me to quickly understand new concepts or pick up new skill sets.
Q* Why would GardaWorld be making a good choice by hiring you?
A* I would be a good choice because of my attention to detail, and my ability so quickly assess different situations. [Say something about punctuality, organizational skills, driving record... something that fits in with what the job requirements list]
Q* What made you want to work with GardaWorld?
A: Your answer wasn't bad, but you could always add something that shows you did your homework on the company. "I also like your tuition reimbursement program.." shows you have goals and have a plan.
Q* You notice a co-worker is sluggish or unusually stressed out one day. Do you talk to the co-worker direct to see what is wrong?
A* I'm a pretty private person, and I like to keep my personal life and work life separate. I tend to respect other peoples' privacy, as well, so unless I saw a situation that I considered dangerous, I most likely would not.
Additional questions: try to lay off of any questions involving vacation, flexibility, time off, or schedule unless it's completely necessary. You don't want to give the impression that the most important thing on your mind is "when can I get out of here."
Instead, ask about things like training, the expectations that the company has for new hire performance, biggest challenges that you might face...
Lay off of discussions of benefits, etc. unless the interviewer brings it up. Save that for new employee orientation.

Sluggish or stressed out... for an armored car guard this could mean drugs or being suborned. Likely the company wants to know about that.

That is entirely possible. I'm an engineer, not a armored car guy, but you would expect that if they want things like that reported, a reputable company would address that as company policy, published rules of behavior, or process (ie. having a touch-base with supervisor at the start of a shift), which means it should be addressed in new hire intake and in training.
The interview process is not a place for the interviewee to have to interpret unspoken company policy. i.e. an applicant's correct answer shouldn't be predicated on policy rules that he/she hasn't reviewed.

They shouldn't hire you.

Why do you really want to work there?
It's obvious this isn't your lifelong dream.

I actually got away with this:
Q: What is your biggest weakness?
A: That I am physically unable to respond to cliché-like questions.
