It's Facebook. It's for talking to people you already know so it matters less. I use selfies or a picture of me from a party that week or whatever. Facebook is fucking fantastic for slaying pussy of chicks you used to know. I've gotten so many lays off Facebook it rivals tinder, which I deleted recently because it's just not as good as meeting people in real life. Currently my Facebook picture is of me holding my dog, before that it was me and a friend in tuxes at my brother's wedding, than a selfie, than a Halloween party pic. Usually change it once a month. There's a lot of sub par advice on here, getting rid of social media is one of them. Sure it can work but that's not the world we live in anymore.

Just try and get a decent, well-taken photo of yourself. You can use a professional photo if you prefer that, but personally they always kinda stick out immediately as such.

I stopped all that shit but some say Facebook maybe. I knew a natural alpha was skinny asf like 130 but girls think abs=muscle Paired with dressing preppy color chinos/polo taking an pics on Instagram. He always had girls. Instagram is definitely a good tool. I'm trying to start it up again don't know how to do that
