You shouldn't have asked her if you were still on tomorrow as it only gives her a chance to come up with second doubts. Women want you to take control - we schedule the time and place of meeting. And before anyone says they like to verify that the date is still on before getting stood up (like I've read here 100 times) if Brad Pitt asked her to hang out this Thursday at the beginning of the week, do you think he would need to confirm?

I prefer first dates to be activities I'm already doing - meeting some buddies out at a bar, going to the local minor league game, etc. That way, if she ghosts on you it doesn't matter because you'll be having fun either way. Once a new plate has proven that she is dependable then we can move into different activities that require more investment on my part - until then, she fits into my schedule.
