I met an older, RP guy at a bar a while back. He said that he never let his family see his emotional side, because he had to be the rock for them. When he had things to deal with, he would go out driving and listen to the blues or read a book for an hour or so in order to set his mind in order.
It's also been said that finding TRP is like the five stages of grief. Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance.
For those of you who've hit acceptance, which artists, songs, authors, etc. helped you truly accept the way things are and let go of all the anger and depression?
And even past acceptance, when things in life seem to be falling apart, how do you find a healthy way to release it outside the views of your families?
