You need to establish up front that you are after a sexual relationship, but that there's something about her specifically that intrigues you. If she's thinking about you in a sexual way at all, she'll flip you some shit back and you can begin the Romantic Text Dance. If she's just looking for orbiters and text validation, her response will reflect that, too.

EDIT: Do you see the nuance here? Sure, all women respond positively to demonstrations of higher value. But they want to think that your interest is about them specifically. The response above hints at that, and combines it with a pressure flip. Give it a try.
