Start losing weight (if you aren't already) immediately. Track calories, proper diet, exercise, the works. When you get closer to a normal weight, focus more on lifting. If you get loose skin, fill that shit up with muscle.

You should be aware that overweight isn't as much of a SMV killer for men as it is for women. We can compensate with game; 95% of their SMV is looks.

Clearly you're doing something right. After all, you say she's very into you.

I remember an episode one of those reality dating TV shows. The challenge was for the men to interact with the women in a swimming pool, and the man who interacted the best was the winner of that competition.

Most of the guys were too self-conscious to do anything. They just awkwardly hung out at the edge of the pool. I assume that part of it was self-consciousness about their bodies, even though they were almost all fit men. But one guy, the fat guy of the group, went up to the women and struck up a conversation with them. He appeared to enjoy himself and so did the women.

Naturally, he won the competition.

The moral of the story: You're worrying for nothing. Yeah, if it bothers you you should lose weight, but your game appears to be tight enough that it's not something you really need to worry about right now.

An alternative: lose the initial bulk of the weight playing squash and then start lifting. You're not going to lose weight as quickly only lifting.

Go hit the gym every morning and lift weights hard. Get a PT for once a week so you can learn proper form.

Jog every night and sort your diet out. No carbonated drinks, no unnecessary sugars etc. Just clean meals, lots of vegetables and some meat.
