If you got in an argument, you already fucked up. Not necessarily because of what she's starting an argument about but simply because you let her drag you in to an argument. You don't win arguments with women. You state your position, establish frame, and drop it. Then you screw her brains out.

However if she wants to apologize, accept her apology, but don't let her turn sex in to a relationship maintenance tool. If she wants to do something for you to solidify her apology, let her give you a BJTC.

Edit: to clarify, think of it this way: sex is mutual. If she fucked up, letting her use sex to make up for it turns sex in to something she does for you. This will backfire eventually because the next time you have sex with her she'll feel like she did something for you and will subconsciously expect something from you in return. This violates the frame that she wants and enjoys sex too. Don't let her turn sex in to a bargaining chip.

Take the sex, and be dominant about it. A lot of times it will calm her down so that the issue gets resolved on its own. But don't view the sex itself as reparations for whatever happened.

Also, as others have said, it's not good to argue in the first place. It usually goes nowhere and lowers you to her level.
