Yea you lost frame once you started asking the questions. I'm unsure about the whole storyline, sounds like crap to me. Don't worry about it, you learned a lot about how you can lose frame by the small battles and wear you down.

6 months of great times and a good learning experience. Now it's time to sack up and move on. Feels like you're just being tolerated by this relationship, instead of being someone she's actively pursuing. Might be due to your own weaknesses that you stopped developing after getting into the relationship. Might be due to other forces going on in her life. Also might be because she thinks she "get's you," and now can move on to things that confuse her.

Trust your gut, and actually say what you feel. Something feels dumb, or sounds like she's rationalizing, say "Stop fucking talking, it's annoying and tired of listening to your horseshit." Maybe you can learn about where you may have went wrong with the relationship and use this as experience but you're really young and have so much to look forward to. Because if she had said "I" she wouldn't have any plausible deniability, it would mean she gave him the ljbf, which she didn't. But by saying "we" she gets all the plausible deniability she needs to hamster her way out of whatever happens.

She literally texted you to say she was ON HER WAY over to a guy to "spend the night"? Yeah she was definitely fucking this guy before you even knew he existed.
