I know this isn't what askMRP is for, if the post gets deleted before I get an answer all I ask for is a username I can send a PM to.

Wife enrolled in a trade school of sorts, signed a contract before starting saying she owed $79 out of pocket, finacial aid covered the rest. Today, 3 weeks into school, they told her to sign another contract saying she now owes $3500. She signed it, then called me. Sounds fishy from the few details I got before she had to hang up.

I told her to get the original copy of the contract she signed today and a photocopy of the original contract so I can see for myself. "Don't let them tell you 'no'." My question is, do they have to give her the contract back if she requests it or since she already signed it do they have the right, legally, to tell her to get bent?

If need be, I'll hire a lawyer if further action is required. Just came here for an answer to this one question. Thanks in advance.
