My wife, an otherwise decent old lady, has a history of being a bitch to me, on my birthday. It is a really weird thing. The first year we were dating my wife was a total bitch to me on my birthday. She started right from the moment we got up that day. Back then I at least had the self respect to walk out and visit a friend for a couple days. The very next year, the same thing happened. It's the weirdest fucking thing. Anyhow, Wifed the bitch up, became totally blue pill etc. Fortunately for me I found MRP, read the side bar, started lifting etc. My marriage, and life in general, has improved dramatically. However, just tonight, my wife was as sullen bitch to me, during my birthday dinner. This is the third birthday in ten years that she has been a total cunt. Sullen, bitchy, no sex, straight to bed, not even a "Happy Birthday." Blue pill me would have lost his shit and tried to reason with her about how unpleasant she was being. Red Pill influenced me is wondering how to handle this sort of super shit test in the future. Tomorrow we have plans to spend the day together while our kids are with their grandparents for the day and overnight. We were planning on going to the gym together, spending the day and then attending a black-tie gala in the evening. I don't want to reward her with my time and attention. What would you men do? Would you take a woman who's been excessively bitchy to the gym and then out to a fancy evening of cocktails and fun? I'm leaning towards spending the entire day tomorrow doing something fun that I want to do, and doing it without her. Any thoughts?
