The main challenge is to resist spreading her legs too often, and don't be rancid and unpleasant. That so many women are incapable of this is a sad state of affairs. But there are quality women out there.

Just as high quality alpha males are rarer than boring average men, high quality women are also rare, and they're so valuable that a man will move heaven and earth to make her happy. This is why the increase in trashy women disincentivizes male industriousness, as another posted alluded to with this link: "The big problem with sluttiness is not disease. The big problem is that without security of paternity, men will not invest in the the future, and thus, civilizations without security of paternity disappear from history."

To most average-quality women, the idea of any man daring to JUDGE a woman and to group women by quality (just as they do of men) is the height of offense and evokes spluttering panicking upset and butthurt, causing them to lash out and shriek ego-sparing insults (the usual brain diarrhea): "no woman would want you with an attitude like that!", "you must hate all women!", "you're insecureee!", "virgin!", "well how great are YOU!", "you must be a nerd/ugly/bitter/sour grapes", "you must want a doormat!" (somewhat ironically, vapid sluts are boring; quality hot girls excite men like nothing else on earth) "you've been burned before!", "you must have a tiny dick!", "wow you're an asshole", etc etc etc.

Anyway, here are a list of traits that propel a woman in the direction of high quality. Only a unicorn girl maxes out every trait, just as only a unicorn man maxes out every male quality trait. Personal preferences will nudge the traits here and there but the bulk of it holds true across the board.

She:

  1. Has a healthy bodyfat level (fatness makes you sexually invisible). Push away from the table.

  2. Has emotional maturity (doesn't play transparently stupid head-games much; she puts her heart ahead of her ego)

  3. Is warm, positive and sweet, not coarse and cunty

  4. Is sensual and takes pleasure in pleasing with her sexuality and fucking with abandon (and happily giving blowjobs), not "sex-is-icky and the-female-body-is-gross and so-are-you-for-desiring it". She doesn't view sex as a commodity she can deign to "give up" or parcel out for rewards or withhold for punishment; it's a mutual experience of intimate and special pleasure.

  5. Communicates fluently and with feminine grace rather than swearing and snarling like a chimpanzee or a feminist trying to impersonate a frat boy

  6. Makes an effort to look good for her boyfriend and for herself; she dresses sexily, not trashily.

  7. Doesn't sleep around, date multiple men at the same time, or cheat on boyfriends (below double-digit dicks; trashy promiscuity in a girl is equivalent to a manboobed unemployed bum weeping when romantically rejected in how powerfully it evokes contempt from the opposite sex.)

  8. Is uplifting (she makes people feel better about themselves), kind, and has a sense of humour (she doesn't have a pissy scowl on her face half the time and a stick up her ass.)

  9. Is not a clubrat or vapid party slut (like, say, most of the chicks in the LA party scene) who just wants to take drugs and paarrttaay forrrevvaaaa.

  10. Has understated quiet confidence coming from within; she's not a narcissistic attention whore splashing trashy photos over social media to prop up her ego safely away from the erosive waves of her mediocrity and cerebral shallowness.

  11. Is honest, truthful, and genuine. She's not a liar or a screechy plastic phony (the types who greet other girls with a eardrum-bursting “hhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!” to show how social and close she is with her friendssszzzzz).

  12. Enjoys being feminine and understands men will be men and isn't resentful of masculine values

  13. Rarely flakes (flakes are fickle and inconsiderate)

  14. Doesn't keep strings of ex-lovers in her life or hang out with exes, especially when she has a boyfriend; she respects him too much to pull shit like that

  15. Has perspective enough to know not to sweat the small stuff and to enjoy the ordinary moments and the beauty and absurdity of life

Girls, the closer you can be to these things, the better a life you'll have, and the more high quality men will want to commit to you and move the world for you. The further away from these things you are, the faster we'll dump you after pretending we're into you that way.

By the way, some traits that are missing, for good reason (men really don't give a shit about them), off the top of my head: her credentials, degrees, ambitiousness, career status (we don't care for a materialistic status queen who measures the worth of her life through her position in society), mensa high IQ, her social dominance and ability to crush testicles in the corporate world, her witty snark, her cynical coolness, how many men are flooding her phone trying to fuck her, among other neglible traits.
