Women spend money on things based on these advertisement in much higher quantity then men do. Hurting the nfl image with women can cost the nfl a lot of money then. This is the same reason the NFL does a month of breast cancer awareness. It boosts ratings, higher ratings = more money. You have to understand that there are 'morality clauses' in most of these guys contracts. Even though it might be an 'isolated incident' it doesn't matter because it broke the morality clause and a morality clause is basically at will employment. What happened to all these men is fair because they signed those contracts.
