Already lifting heavy 6x a week, meditating 10 mins daily, eating a surplus of calories in whole foods, cutting back on sugar, quitting porn & masturbation, daily cold showers and reading every evening.
I was looking for some supplements to help boost my body and mind. I already have chelates magnesium 200mg, vitamin D3 25ug, and vitamin B complex. Also using protein and creatine. What are some supplements you would recommend? Thanks.
