It’s a spiritual thing. A lot of women watch videos about angels talking to them or communicating to them saying their on the right path when they see these numbers. This is usually about relationships and it connects to the twin flame obsession in the astrology/tarot card world. He’s using this knowledge to manipulate these women so they think he’s a twin flame/soulmate.
