How are girls able to spend entire hours on their looks everyday?

I literally just wash my face, my teeth and put deodorant. That's all I do in a day and even that feels a lot sometimes. They spend so much time and so many resources on making themselves look good and Ive been wondering how they got the patience to do that every damn day
