I've been lifting religiously for several years (currently on a hiatus because of major career changes, and am continuing in a week) and got to try out a lot of different things in terms of training approach.

I've noticed, that despite the fact that I spent a lot of time with a 6 day PPL routine, a 2, maximum 3 day full body routine and heavy emphasis on accessory workouts and reasonably high volume has produced the biggest results relative to the time spent on the routine.

I was just curious, what is the routine that you've found to deliver results most consistently for YOU?

Bonus question: for the lifters with lagging arms, is there any approach that took you from a set of mediocre arms to an exponentially bigger one?

Thanks in advance.
