So this is going to sound weird, and I might be the only person in here having this problem. But basically I find it hard to just get up in the morning and do all those necessary things, things that normal people do on TV shows/Movies. It seems like it takes me forever to get out of bed and it is overall annoying and time-consuming to get all those necessary things done. Such as: brushing your teeth, flossing, mouthwash. So the teeth routine that's a good chunk of time. Then the skin-routine, cleanser, exfoliator, toner, serum, moisturizer... also quite time consuming. Then hair routine, brushing it, putting in essential oils, feathering it, styling gels. Trimming up beard, putting in oil, styling it, brushing off any hairs from the trim. Then putting on deodorant and cologne. Trimming fingernails and toenails. As well as taking a shower, body-wash, conditioner, shampoo... if I was to follow these routines daily it would take so long, I don't know if there is something wrong with me (maybe depression/anxiety/overthinking) or if there is crucial element in time-management that I am missing. Or something about being optimal/efficient in life that I don't get? I just find it hard to get all that stuff done in say, the way it seems on TV/Movies which appears to take around 45minutes or less. It would take me like 2 hours to get all that done.

Then after all that I am stuck making decisions on the right matching clothes making sure they are free of lint, dirt, stains, discolorations, wrinkles and seeing how they maintain good manly style principles. How the hell do you professionals out there do this every single day? It all feels like a real chore.

Then after work go and do a total wash-up, put on gym clothes and do a 30 to 1.5hr gym workout. I know there are people out there where this is the norm. Everyday for them they are able to find time to do get their job at work done, reading, self-improvement, meditation, mma/Brazilian jujitsu, programming, language learning, traveling, maintain plates and gaming. How is this even possible to get so much done in one day? Is this like TV-Movie fantasy? I want to become optimal and become a person who gets this type of stuff done on the daily. I suppose it's just being the type of person who is constantly in momentum, and hitting the ground running, type-A? I just can't seem to organize my time like that. Do you, or do you think most people follow through with these things every day? Do I have a mis-conception of the "normal" guy who does this morning routine, work, gym, self-improvement routine? I believe I have this idea of what a "normal" guy does and maybe it doesn't align with reality.

Tldr; I see that people in TV/Movies as well as people I know are able to get a lot of things done in the morning: shower, face routine, mouth routine, hair routine, gym, routine plates, career, self-improvement. I am not anywhere near getting all those done. I want to become optimal/efficient and don't know how. And I want to know if what I am saying is actually "real" and consistent with what you guys do throughout the day.
