What do you think about asking for advice from plates?

Don't do it. Unless you want to look cute.

Try these instead:

Tanner Guzy ( https://masculine-style.com/ ). Dude provides a much needed breakdown/understanding of what constitutes male style, etc. Behind a paywall though. That being said, there are videos of him (21 studios on youtube, and others)
Well built style ( https://wellbuiltstyle.com/ ). A freebie; on top of that, the content is solid.

I think its fine. As long as you have your own style and are prepared to ignore their opinions if you disagree.

Women are pretty good at this type of thing, turns out they spend a lot of time thinking about how people look. Just hold frame.
