Well, for one, that's a very small sample size.

Imagine you have a jar full of marbles, you reach your hand in, without seeing what's inside, and you pull one of the marbles out, it's green. You think, "oh wow, bunch of green marbles in here." Well, maybe you just happened to pull out the one green marble in that jar of 500 blue marbles. This scenario illustrates why sample size matters.

If there were 100 women, and this one guy tried this same tactic on all of those women, how many of the women would say yes? Chances are, at least one.

You also have to realize, women aren't so strong-willed, they will cave in to someone who is persistent and bothersome, because they are weak-willed, and have a hard time saying no. Maybe this particular woman was drunk, who knows, there are potentially lots of variables that could have been at play here that you aren't aware of, maybe she started consuming alcohol... who knows.
