Hello, Everyone

I am currently a junior in a big state university, surrounded by 1000's of people but almost every single day you can find me alone. This is probably the biggest problem i have faced for most of my life is being social as in making friends, banging girls, going out instead of in my room, basically living life!

Through my years in college i have been getting more confident personally with body language, and talking to more people. However i still struggle with this issue and it seems to take energy out of me when i realize how lonely i am. I always think about stuff like "i wish i could go back and do things differently" "Joining a better Fraternity would have solved a lot of my problems" (I joined a cultural one filled with lazy potheads that have poor bodylanguage and have zero interest in self improvement)

Being alone has matured me tremendously, and made me step out of my comfort zone, but my lack of a good social life leaves me with anxiety, not the greatest social skills, boredom/sadness, lack of social proof, etc..

Things i have improved my self on

Work out and getting in great shape Starting my first job and making money for myself Adopting new routines such as waking up at 6-7 AM Meditating Edit:

Idk man I’ve always hated the idea of being an introvert, but regardless I do think I am an introvert although not a serious one.

Too hatch out of the shell I’m usually the one to first engage a social conversation whether I’m in class or standing at an elevator. If the conversation is good which it usually is (no awkwardness) My mood completely changes with a boost of energy. Although I do need time to recharge time to time.

BASICALLY How can I get social proof from scratch?
