So, I'm married, for the second time. For 10 years or so I have been through MANY various self-improvement books, and a ton of informative mental health books. It stemmed from a short affair I had while with my ex-wife in 2009. Self-improvement, knowing and growing gave way to research about mental health (ex was NPD/BPD). Fast forward through a few years of fatherhood, singlehood, and a second marriage. Researching about parenting, family blending, and inter-sexual dynamics and relationships has brought me to knowledge of, and interest in Game, Red Pill, MGTOW, etc. In 2018. I have read almost all the sidebar material from all the red pill subs and have for the most part STFU and been lifting, etc.

I see a common theme among all these. As a man, I have swallowed the Pill and committed to lifelong self-control and -improvement, and while I know I cannot control anyone but myself, I am committed to making things authentically better in my marriage. With the affair, I need to change myself (duh). Dealing with a disordered spouse or family member, I need to change myself. When navigating any sort of relationship with a woman, I need to change myself. In every interaction with anyone, the man is taught to change how they think, respond, and deal with someone else who will not.

Is there ANY movement, philosophy, etc., that FEMALES pursue to improve themselves to be the women they need to be and thus improve their relations with men? I don't see it. Looks to me that we (men) are pretty much the only ones who are doing all the work.
