You can casually rephrase things but it's mostly a bad idea. Talking gets you little in return with women, as well as arguing with them, or generally arguing with anyone - especially over the internet. They don't take advice, they won't listen to you, won't think you any wiser. You're better off making a witty remark or making light of a situation.

It depends on how you do it. If you're doing it from a point of logic, trying to explain to her why she does X, is a bad idea. It's way too logical. However if you're just talking to her about shit and show her that you're in on female game, it will be a good thing. Ex: Telling a chick you don't see why she would bother get into a relationship in her early twenties when she can have lots of fun right now, see different guys, and then when she nears 30 find herself a nice stable sucker to commit to.

In general hell no. You can only breadcrumb it at best and if you do, don’t be an autist by using red pill terms. Eg if you tell her about alpha fucks, beta bucks don’t refer to it using that phrase. Just say something like yeh women like to sleep around in their twenties and then they just want to marry some nice guy in their thirties.

But that said, what’s the point of even telling them any red pill thing? It’s no benefit to you and what are they going to do with that information? At best, nothing at worst, they will be nervous /careful around you since you have unveiled your hidden source of power and so they may try to challenge you and seize/neutralise your power.

I used/still have this problem where I thought that if I know something and I’m consciously using that knowledge that I should tell them about it/hint that I know something about it.

But a lie of omission isn’t a lie. There’s a billion things that you will never tell a girl/wife and vice versa, not because you don’t want to/you are evil it’s just that those were subconsciously deemed unworthy of sharing eg that one time you fell at a park when you were 5.

And, there’s good power and bad power. I feel that red pill is good power and so the only way to keep this power is not to blurt stuff out about it.
