Here are some of my suggestions that extend beyond the typical gym / clothes / tattoo suggestions (which I think are only skin deep and can fail without any inward confidence):

A second language: whether you are paying for a subscription or lessons/classes, any second language is going to bump up your value by an exponential rate.
Something to mentally stabilize yourself. Some suggestions include yoga or meditation lessons, therapy sessions or just a quiet space. Therapy helped me out in my inner game significantly and my body language improved a lot.
Trips abroad. Go to a completely foreign locale, you're a completely new and different person to the rest of the world. Take advantage of it. Worst case scenario, you got a vacation where you got to see the world and explore a new place. Best case scenario? An exotic one night stand. I know it's not the usual advice you were expecting, but I've seen scared dudes look for something flashy to make themselves look more appealing (myself included). After all that, I basically felt like an insecure kid with a brand new toy hoping to look superior among all the kids.

honestly, whatever begets confidence. not false confidence, but real confidence.

women sense confidence and insecurity. in time, they see through the bullshit.

the best investments are accomplishing goals we set, and instead of bragging about them, setting new goals and accomplishing those. climbing our ladder.

material things don’t give us true confidence.

guys have nice cars, watches, fly cribs, clothes, style, and they either still have trouble pulling women, or get preyed upon by vultures who exploit their weaknesses.

mastery begets confidence.

could be anything, archery, a new language, becoming a great rock climber, whatever.

Bootcamp. As a man, your smv is mostly dependent on your character and how you act. Bootcamp is probably the quickest way of doing that. I recommend the old RSD guys (Owen, Jeffy, Madison).

I mean the obvious nice clothing. One thing that I realized recently I should have known my whole life is to have slick back hair. Almost 100% of the time slick back hair is more attractive than the hair forward style most guys have. If you just look at the 2 side by side it becomes so obviously alpha vs beta indicators. If I could go back I would only have my hair neatly slicked back, from the beginning.
