The hardest thing to do as a woman is to ask someone else to stop doing something that bothers me.

They explode in an angry rage and then do that thing I asked them to stop doing 10 times more frequently.

This scenario eventually melts down and we get hostile

The hardest thing for me is to ask for someone to do something for me that they would not do on their own.

Ex: If I am uncomfortable with X, instead of asking for the other person to stop I do mental gymnastics to validate THEIR feelings over mine.

I can find excuses for them but not for me.

I have trouble prioritizing my boundaries.

I can never manage to say no, whether it's to a friend, a relative, or even someone who's making me feel uncomfortable. Somehow, I always manage to convince myself that the good, righteous thing to do is whatever the person just asked of me. I put an unwarranted burden on myself to never let anyone down. I'm working on it though :)

Not necessarily saying anything specific, but I find it difficult to trust people's words at face value as the truth. Not because I think they are lying, but because people often don't know the truth themselves, often even the truths about themselves due to lack of introspection.

Although, people lying to try to protect my feelings is another big one for my distrust. It's a boy-who-cried-wolf-type thing. Or, people often do that because they think it makes them better people somehow, and they don't want to confront the fact that their truth is something that would offend another person.
