Why didn't your doc give you the medicine to treat it? I had symptoms but wasn't formally diagnosed at my university clinic. Got a single pill I took, and symptoms were gone the next day. I don't remember the name of it, but it's used to cure chlamydia and gonorrhea.

You should tell them so they can be tested and treated. When you go back to condoms and inevitably realize condom sex sucks and jacking off is better, you don't want to be infected again because one of the girls might be asymptomatic and don't even know she has it.
