I like the analysis of white knights - identifying with part of the standard masculine protocol (protecting women) and also the gynocentric progressive agenda that erodes male power. Then, as the males sense their power eroding, overstate their role as protector - not because the women are in danger, but because the men themselves are feeling the pussification set in. The men think their problem is they aren't protecting enough, and that's why they feel like pussies. The author is saying it's because they participate in the feminopoly power structure that pulls out their teeth. This is the kind of good wrting TRP needs: it helps men better diagnose emotional disturbances by realizing that some of the turmoil in our life is the result of a class of people who aren't fit to be leaders trojan-horsing their retarded and imploding vision of society into our minds as though it were "right" or "just" or whatever.

When people lie they often say the opposite of whats true. Take, for instance, the Strong Independent Woman(TM) and the idea that to embody masculinity as a female is both more difficult and more daring than receding into a feminine role- this is not only incorrect, but it’s the opposite of whats true. Embodying masculinity, in world of gender role negativity, is an easy path for a woman to take. Unlike a male with an overt presence of masculinity, a woman who embodies power and assertion will not have her congruency (authenticity) tested because there is the social narrative in place that the Strong Independent Woman is fighting against the establishment and succeeding- we should applaud her moxie rather than question her credentials.

He is stating a common principle that he is then applying in an uncommon context. This is something people do when they are writing persuasively. And the author does it well. He is saying that the idea represented by the "Strong Independent Women" (that acting like an honorary man is more difficult than being a woman) is not only incorrect, but the exact opposite of the truth - hence a lie.

When people lie they often say the opposite of whats true.

I think it's a poorly worded statement trying to get at that when people try to lie, weasle, manipulate, they often state exactly the opposite of what's true. (See, I'm having trouble stating it myself.)

Examples:

  • If you want to bully and harrass someone, first accuse them of bullying and harrassing you. This is exactly what feminists have done - they come out and bully and harrass everyone who does not agree with them, and they get away with it by using "I'm being bullied or harrassed" first before they start in with it.

  • If they want to make a space "unsafe" for the group that's against them, they'll say they want to make it a "safe space".

  • If they want to increase their existing power so that it's much bigger than yours, they say they're "fighting for equality".

If you actually watch the modern trolls (they can't get away with straight up calling you stupid or names because they'll get banned), this is their clever way of doing it.

They say the exact opposite of what is true about what they're doing, then after that people tend to turn their brains off and accept whatever they say even though it's the exact opposite.

Agreed- what I find fascinating about people and lying is that the lie will often be the polar opposite of the truth.

The Red Pill is premised on being the true nature of reality that is obscured these memetic lies that are sold to the mainstream wholesale- that women are the "fairer sex," that "men are simple and women are esoteric and complex," etc, and as you progress down the rabbit hole, this concept of the 'nature of reality being the polar opposite of what is true' becomes so widespread that it, at once, is depressing, astounding, mind-boggling, and ultimately freeing.

I don't think they are necessarily being white knights as a strategy for sex

As a former White Knight, I can tell you that they do want sex. They think being nice to girls will get girls to like them, and date them eventually. It's approval-seeking behavior, but repeated lack of results doesn't usually deter them.

I don't think we're contradicting each other; we're basically saying the same thing. I agree with your second comment, cause they really don't understand the differences in how men and women approach sex and dating (or life in general).
