Larry? Really?

[–]sansurnt 7 points8 points9 points 12 years ago (32 children) | Copy Link

Wait, if women are meant to be hypergamous according to red pill theory, why do you shame them for doing so?

[–][deleted] 10 points11 points12 points 12 years ago (22 children) | Copy Link

The shaming you're referring to occurs only from those still new to TRP. Most members who've been here for a while have gotten over our resentment of the biological nature of the opposite sex. The new ones, however, are still in shock that the world actually works this way and their anger comes out in the form of shaming.

To everyone else, it would be like shaming men for wanting to have sex with every women who appeals to them(wait, that already happens, doesn't it?).

Varrian

The shaming you're referring to occurs only from those still new to TRP.

It also comes from women. They prefer guys don't discover those tendencies.

Guy game stops working if you explain it to a girl. Same with girl game. Same with guy-guy game, to some extent.

[–]sansurnt -2 points-1 points0 points 12 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link

Women want to have sex with every man who appeals to them as well. Sorry, but I do not get the whole sex object and status object thing. In western society I see that both genders are now both these objects. I know it's almost against the law here to mention you're a female but I am and from my prospective and how I see all my friends are, is that we now know we can make our own status so why depend on a man for it? We now choose men for looks. There's nothing bad about this so why do some red pillers refute it a lot?

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I agree. There is nothing bad with it but the same standard should be held for both genders. If men want to date women only for looks or only women younger than a certain age, there shouldn't be any stigma.

Why some Red Pillers dislike this is because they've been lied to for their entire lives. "Just be yourself" and "looks don't matter" are so ingrained into the fundamentals of the average male upbringing that when the truth is revealed, it shatters their entire perception of the world. That generates a lot of pain/hate and it's usually pointed to the cause.

Also, no one here cares if you're female. This is the internet after all.

[–]sansurnt -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

On the main red pill subreddit the majority of the time if you mention you're a female you get ripped to shreds which I'm not so much angry over as I am confused to why. Why does their anger and trying to find footing in the world usually generate somewhat negative views of women aka the apparent cause? Surely they should be angry at the people who perpetuated the lies? Which I'm going to guess is society as a whole, or why can't they just be angry at themselves considering it was their own ignorance? I don't believe it's wrong for anyone to choose a partner for their looks the only problem is it's people like this who generally have the worst personalities therefore they seem to attract a lot of hate.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There is a difference between ignorance and being intentionally mislead. How would you feel if you found out that your mother wasn't actually your real mom? What advice would you have given a close male if he had asked you for advice on girls(before you came to this sub of course). I'm guessing it would be some variation of what I pointed out earlier.

There is no way to put this that will actually carry across the weight of how this can fuck up a person. I expect when you hit "the Wall", if you haven't yet, that you'll know how it feels. You'll find that all those good looking guys are not the type to raise children, which you may or may not want. Then all those guys who weren't quite good looking enough suddenly become reliable, stable, honest and everything "I was looking for all along".

There is no way to accurately describe the feelings that fester when you realize that the only way for you to get what you want out of life is to be the thing you disliked/hated/abhorred your entire life.

Do you have sex with every man you find physically attractive? Why or why not?

[–]sansurnt 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

Well most of the time I'm either at college or work and often I waste a lot of time on the internet, just like a lot of red pillers. So not a lot of time to fuck every guy I'm attracted to But if I'm in the company of a guy I'm attracted to and I have time, of course I'd have sex with him. But of course it also depends on if he's attracted to me.

[–]FortunateBum 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

So what's your number? Ballpark?

[–]sansurnt 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

I've had 3 longish term relationships. I was happy within each one. Yes we had sex frequently. No I did not have to neg them because believe it or not women also like sex.

[–]FortunateBum 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

You've had sex with three people in the context of a relationship? Honestly, to me, this is not an indicator that you like sex. But I've had this discussion many times in many ways and I know there's no real resolution.

[–]sansurnt 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

Heh, you see you went back on what seems to be the golden red pill rule. A womyn whos slept with moar then 1 man outside a relationship is a sloot. Why would I actually tell you anything about my real sex life outside relationships when from what I've seen back at the main subreddit numbers like that are used to circle-jerk and slander?

[–]FortunateBum 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

I'm going to interpret this to mean you've cheated, but not on a regular basis.

I still don't know if I've ever met a woman who just liked sex for its own sake. Maybe 1 or 2. But not the norm. That said, there are a good number of men who would only have sex in the confines of a relationship. Might be the minority though.

[–]TehFuggernaut 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because you can sip the koolaid without liking all of the ingredients.

[–]DarkCircle 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I don't hate hypergamy. I hate people pretending that it is not going on. "I married him because he is smart and kind"... When really it is his yacht.

Women going after money is like men going after looks. Nothing wrong with that. It is the deception and hidden intents I hate.

[–]sansurnt -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I know it's going on, I think that much is clear, I never denied it but I really do despise when this attitude turns into the AWALT. Because perhaps up until about the 50's there was no grey bit in the middle but now there is quite a large gray chunk. What happens when a woman has more status? does anything change?

[–]turnballZ -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

They're just behaving their role after all

[–]sansurnt -5 points-4 points-3 points 12 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

You do realize that in modern society at least in the west and now slowly picking up in the east, no one has any fixed roles. You have to take your rose tinted glasses off. Some men nowadays are hypergamous. It really does not matter.

[–]turnballZ 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

They're playing their roles, whichever role it is they've decided to be. This author is playing a caricature of her role, one she decided to take on.

[–]sansurnt 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

fair enough. But couldn't you say that most red pillers do that as well? Is it even a bad thing?

[–]turnballZ 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Not at all. I was agreeing with the original post about how we couldn't really fault her. Just because she perfectly executes her hypergamous strategy, to a stereotypical T, isn't a reason to think less of her.

She's been quite successful at it according to this bloggers own words - that's gotta count for something, right? ;)

[–]sansurnt -2 points-1 points0 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

psh indeed, live and let live. My biggest problem with the red pill as a whole though is they seem to meet a few women and then judge the whole female population through them. Could you explain that to me? I think I've seen more relationships in western society in which the woman wears the pants. Is their strategy to refute this?

[–]garlicextract 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Even though the overall post itself is vomit-inducing, there are some hidden RP gems.

Marriage is a business. If both parties are happy, there should not be a problem. Some marriage will last, some won’t.

This is true. No matter how you want to slice it, since the dawn of time, marriage is primarily a business/financial arrangement. For the man, for the woman.

True Love = Looks + Health + Wealth + Power + Status + Chemistry

Sure sounds a lot like SMV = Looks, Money, Status, doesn't it? Just a slightly hamsterized, elongated version.

Usually wealthy men get to the position where they are, most of them know how to read people. They can easily tell if you are going after their money. They know really well what you are thinking. If you don’t deserve to be their wives, they will dump you like last season booties.

Absolutely true. Can't ride this carousel.

When you have money, your friends know who you are. When you have no money, you know who your friends are.

Just general truth here. Not necessarily RP.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I respect this actually. Good for her.

But she has to realise that she needs to bring something to the table too. Because there is plenty of pussy to go round when you are a rich man.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Blah, blah, marry wealthy men to feel more secure. Then at the very end:

We are strong independent women, we don’t need men.

Also, no sign of making sure the man is happy.

Caveat emptor.

[–]cray-cray-cray 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

From link:

Smart woman only marry men who can make money, not the one who has money.

I know life is like a roller coaster. There are up and down times. I have experience both and I know it is not easy. I am expecting to share both times with my future husband. People turned their back against us when my family lost everything. I wouldn’t do that to anyone.

If I marry a man who was born into money, there is the chance he has no clue how to make money. It is not likely I would marry someone like that because I don’t like them. But if it happens, my life will be miserable when we lose everything. He wouldn’t know how to stand back up.

This girl also shows a sophistication that most don't.

[–]DarkCircle 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I can respect her position and I appreciate her saying what her intentions are. Much better than pretending you love the person, then leaving once them money goes.

[–]cray-cray-cray 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Exactly. Now whether she'll follow through on that, I don't know. But she's thought it out in a very rational manner compared to most women. She's essentially saying "I want someone who does things, not someone who has things." It's not apparent until the end of her post, but she's saying she wants a real alpha, not a fake one.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She's exactly right, she should try and marry money. And I'm going to try and make it

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Less and less men are willing to marry these days. Men with money should be the most careful of entering into such an unholy union: he's in it for love and support, she's in it for the money. Truthfully with a woman like this, there is an expiration on marriage from the start. As soon as she can take the maximum payout in divorce, you will be served. You can take that to the bank.

[–]TRP VanguardCyralea 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

This is textbook RP behaviour from the female perspective. You want to obtain the hottest girl you can, that's our masculine imperative. Women want the man with the most status/wealth. She's very lucid and aware.

Why the hate? Because you're not rich? How is that different than a fat slob being angry because women aren't attracted to his fat rolls?

Build wealth, acquire status, fuck bitches.

[–]Crackerjacksurgeon 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

...'you're never home', 'sorry I fucked the hot poolboy'.

If your money is what's being married, you're beta bucks.

[–]TRP VanguardCyralea 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Doesn't change the fact that chicks chase $$.

[–]youreunbelieveable -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is just rich
