It may be true that this one woman is that way, but for the vast majority of women looks is just one part of what they find attractive. There are many, many guys (myself included) who were horrible with women for many years. Then they change in a non-physical way (i.e. their personality) and suddenly getting laid is easy.

The idea of men being more "visual" by nature. I hear this so fucking often I want to claw my eyes out. Maybe, just maybe, men are visual because pretty much everything is made with the specific purpose to please their male vision?

I can't believe people seriously believe this. It should be obvious to anybody with even the slightest amount of common sense that this is the case. Who watches they most porn? Men. Who reads the most romance novels? Women. Who buys the most Playgirl magazines? Gay guys.

And they give evidence in their own comment. We now live in a society where women have their own money to spend and can spend it however they like. If women were just as visual as men, you have a great business opportunity. Start making stuff to please women visually, and if men and women are equally visual, you should be able to make a fortune with no competition.

None of them seem to offer any contrary evidence. It's all about how this and that is a "biotruth" but they don't actually offer alternative hypotheses. They sure as shit don't try to prove social conditioning.

Kind of. The mean female IQ is lower than the mean male IQ but really, it's not a big deal. The immense disparity in mathematical ability is in the high end. It's entirely true that more men than women can do calculus, if given the chance.

This is actually inadvertantly a bit redpill. The first thing RPers tell newbies is to lift. Though it's a given that this person actually also wants "confident" men (men who signal high status). Wealth as far as I can tell is a red herring - wealth translates into power which is the root of status but it's also something women extract from betas because fucking is easier work than doctoring.

I got 10 bucks on the fact that most of the women raging about being naturally worse at math are not in STEM fields. Their excuse is that women are told that they aren't as good so they don't perform as well. That's bullshit, the girls in school are now being coddled and told they are just as good as any guy. It makes me wonder though, are they not in STEM fields because they don't perform as well or because they don't want to take on the larger responsibility?

I'll grant that there's going to be a lot of bullshit floating around here that has absolutely no scientific basis. I mean, how many of us are actually researching and publishing shit on sociology, biology and psychology?

That said, there's countless reports of how well this attitude affects your life so whether it's grounded in fact or fiction is irrelevant. As much as reddit butt fucks the idea we should all have a bibliography to support each view we hold, none of us give a shit. If it works I'm going to practice it, someone else can publish the research paper.
