It's pretty much an openly known thing that Sackhoffs 'tough girl' persona is just that, it's ironic as it's the only thing that sets her out/pays the bills as it's what she's famous for.

To be fair usually for actors there's stunt doubles or some kind of agreement / understanding what kind of fighting will happen if there isn't.

Whatever she agreed to. Tough.

Jackie Chan doesn't use a stunt double. He has his reasons. He's awesome because he can take it. His bloopers-reels also show how bad he can get hurt in the process. It is a process.
