I personally prefer women who are a little ditz.

I understand the need for women to be "Strong" & "Independent" but in my world, those are masculine traits.

If men have masculine traits and women have masculine traits ... Then why am I even bothering with women anyways? Fuck, everyone knows that men make better men then women 100% of the time.

Very interesting! I suggest you all look at page 6 in the PDF (422 by page number) for the positive and negative correlations with regards to long-term or short-term partner traits. This article is also a lot deeper than just "men like dumb sluts for one-night stands", I suggest you all invest time in reading the entire thing.

But then again, I'm a psych undergrad who gets off on reading psychological studies.

Also, for those saying no new information is presented here, remember: it's always a good idea to take a cultural "truism" and have solid scientific evidence for it. That way, if someone's like, "That's a bogus cultural truism", you can point to SCIENCE, the most true thing humans have invented.

Most people would say that this study was a waste of time because it points out the obvious, but I say to them let the sluts and blue pill men read.

edit: Also note the characteristics of a slut, and the characteristics of the women men prefer for long-term relationships.

I love how this thing is worded. They actually managed to use the word "exploited" almost every three words, it's impressive. It's also an entirely BULLSHIT study. These guys say men are into "exploitable women" because they show an interest in photographs of women who are dressed in clothing the studies engineers have deemed "exploitable". It all rests on what material the study's engineers have deemed "exploitable".

I'll bet you ten bucks that what these wimmins studies majors have decided is "exploitable" is also what the rest of society has decided men think is sexy, such as, oh i don't know, revealing clothes that simply show the female body. OH HOW EXPLOITABLE. G'eez.
