It absolutely matters a lot. Women love to have sex as well, contrary to what AskTRP will sometimes say. You can have all the "frame" in the world, if a woman is repulsed by your appearance (any combination of skinnyfat, balding, acne scarred, yellowing teeth, nasty smell, lack of height, many other physical factors etc she will not give you the time of day.

This isn't ALWAYS the case. Yes, some fat, ugly guys are good at playing the numbers game and just continually shoot, getting rejected over and over until they find (usually lower self esteem chicks) that are into them for just their personality.

You gotta remember that this is 100% transactional in some sense. You are only into her initially because of physical beauty, anything else is icing on the cake. She's into you as the childbearing sex because of physical traits + potential provider, anything else is icing on the cake.

How much does physical attractiveness matter

In terms of women it helps but it pales in comparison to your overall SMV. If you're 5 but you're ripped, have money and nice shoes; girls will be interested. Attractiveness is a fluid concept. The more adaptable you are to evolving your style/appearance the larger the target group of women you'll be able to attract.

Although it’s not really a “convenience,” since you still have to do the hard work of turning yourself into an 8 (through finances, status, social skills, frame, physique, experience, confidence, etc.).
