You're taking a very simple question and trying to put all of this stupid Red Pill theoretical language into it.

You don't want to know "how gender ratio affects hypergamy".

You want to know if a woman who's having trouble finding a valuable man to fuck her tonight would settle for a less valuable man just to avoid being alone.

The answer is:

For casual sex, no. She'll just wait until a valuable man is available. Unless it's been a few weeks in which case she might slum it with a mediocre guy to scratch the itch.

For free dinner, yes. She'll go out with you. As long as you're at least average and not a bottom-tier man.

You can give any ratio you want but if the women are self-sufficient then they have the power to choose, and 9 out 10 times they'll choose the top 20%.

The answers on here have no source and are mostly black pilled as fuck (aka looks are all that matter). Read the book datonomics if you want an actual answer. Heres what i got out of it though: -When there's equal gender ratios, there's an equal amount of casual sex and serious relationships. Average or above marriage/divorce stats. -with more men than women, there is better than average marriage and divorce rates. Women may be more likely to cheat (not studied but speculated), but studies show due to their I creased value, they find a higher-than-normal value man and stick with them often. -with too many women and not enough men it gets interesting. There are very few relationships, hook up culture is rampant (majority of college campuses are 60/40 women to men, the ones that aren't dont have this problem), and women will settle for less attractive men and even distrust the very good looking ones. Again, whether this applies to ONS Idk, but it probably does given that most women use the same criteria for a ONS that they do for a relationship). Marriage happens later in life and divorce rates are high.

countries like China where gender ratio is very skewed, like 120-100 in some areas and probably 110-100 in general, males have it way worse. to marry, you have to have a good job, property, car, and be generous to the wife and listen to everything she says. and you have to gift money as condition for marriage as well.

it'd very stupid and delusional to claim that a ratio of 60 women to 40 men would not improve male SMV in general. some redpillers are just so fucking braindead.
