Today I was at a corporate team event which took place at the park. We started playing a party game where you have to throw a stick. Each player takes a turn and then set things up after themself and brings that stick back to next player (common courtesy).

And then it's HER turn. She throws a stick, and doesn't even make an effort to bring that stick back, while four males run to the rescue to bring it back and set things up after her. She's in her late 20s, married, slightly above average, but definitely below 8. What's up with all those guys? There's not even a chance for them to get some pussy. Honestly, it looked quite pathetic.

Exactly. This situation is just text book "nice guy" behavior. They think doing favors for a woman with make her return the favor (sexually). The problem is that the woman did not actually agree to this arrangement (convert contract). So you end up with nice guys doing a bunch of favors for an imaginary prize.

There are two women in my office, one in the mid 30s and still somehow a strong 8, and the other in her early 20s and on her best day possibly a 7, but really a weak 6. One of the guys here spends about half his day listening to each of them whine about their stupid personal problems.

Oh yeah, this dude is a multimillionaire, recently divorced, good looking and in great shape. His biggest flaw is that hes short, but not comically short. Yet he gives these two women who would never fuck him at least 4 hours of his attention a day.

I even once watched him go to the supply closet to get tissues and bring them to the young one who was crying about her dog being sick, and the older one, who sits outside my office, was laughing at him for it while telling me what he was doing. She later texted me to watch as she turned on the tears herself and he came to her rescue and offered to take her to lunch at a nice restaurant next door with $45 salads.

It makes me sick, but what can you do? That could have been me years ago, and I had to get my soul crushed to learn my lesson.

Let me give you a quick analogy: I am from an ex communist country. Here most of the 50+ year olds still long for the communist period and it's next to impossible to change their mind. Even though now we have a higher standard of living and we can go where ever we want, they still long for the period where they had to wait 1h in line for 1L of milk and a half of bread and they could not travel outside of our country.

I just came from the gym. It was full of betas. If I'm crossing paths, they move out of my way, and even apologize, even if they are much taller and muscular than me. If they are resting at a machine, and I take it, they feel ashamed of protesting. If they protest, they backtrack after any bullshit answer.
