Maybe you're referring to the fact that men are selected to spray their semen as much as they can, while women need to be more careful in deciding who impregnates them, because it takes a lot of time and resources to create a crotchfruit.

In that case you're looking for the "sperm is cheap, eggs are expensive" theory in evobiology.

Top men are SUPPOSED to have lots of women and spread their genes.

Men are still attacked for it though, in the west, every aspect about being a man is constantly criticized by all facets of the media.
