Depends on the kind of harassment.

If she's arguing with someone: no, since I don't know the back story. If she's being sexually harassed: sure, in that case I would help everyone.

Everything in between: depends on the context.

Assuming I don't know the woman at all and that she's just some random, it depends on what you mean by harassed, and it depends on what you mean by intervene.

If I saw what looked like a crackheads raping a woman in an alley when I walked past, and she was all like, "Someone help me" or whatever, then I'd call 911.

If I saw some guy bothering a woman and following her around like a creep in a club, I'm not doing shit.

You absolutely should not intervene.

If it's with a guy she knows then most likely they will BOTH attack you.

No good will come of helping, and you are putting yourself at massive risk.

Most likely not intervene physically.

I would either yell and get as much public attention focused on the suspect or I would call the cops and tell the guy that the cops are on the way.

Albeit I gauge the situation beforehand, in my country sandniggers are known for attacking in band and beating people to death for no reason so I won't put my life in danger just to save someone from harassment.

Never intervene in those situations. Sen to many examples of white knights jumping in only to be bashed by girl because she still love abusive bf.

On the other hand if it's not personal then you don't knew the guy and he could be carrying a weapon etc and you still endanger yourself.
