The more time I spend in the real world, the more I understand that while logic is nice for yourself as an individual, it really does not help much when it comes to interacting with people. Connecting on an emotional level, having frame and especially having charisma is much more important.

And as for "truth" , I believe the best advice is never what's the truth, but what gets you results. For example, one of my friends who is very succesful with girls told me to ask out my oneitis 3 years ago, prepped me up, told me It's gonna go smooth etc etc. Because of this, I actually did it... and was crushed, very hard. I went through a lot of pain that time, it was bad. But looking back on it, I couldn't be happier that I had that experience, especially at such a young age. It was a harsh lesson, but a needed one.

I asked him afterwards if he knew how it would all turn out, and he had the most genuine "yes, of course hahaha".

So my question is - if it's all about the results in the end, is truth and logic overrated in that aspect?
