They don't initiate contact if they aren't interested. If she is never initiating she just isn't interested in you.

Generally speaking it's not feminine to pursue a guy. Women like to be pursued. Which doesn't mean they never initiate, but it will be a small percentage. If she literally never initiates, she's not interested.

In your case, she's simply not interested. She wouldn't decline a date or would offer an alternative if she really couldn't make it. Move on to other girls.

Because women are interested in your capacity of seducing them by making them feel feelings.

Women do not voluntarily feel. That's why you cannot negotiate attraction. You cannot convince her to like you. You induce her to like you.

It is like laughter. You make the other person laugh. It is pointless to convince that person into laughing.
