Context: I've (28m) been in a relationship with her (26f) for 2.5 years. A year and a half ago she moved across the country to be with me. She's now moving several hours away to start a grad program and wants me to follow her. I am not, hence we have to break up. (See previous posts for more detail)

The breakup has been dragged on for months with her screaming and crying everyday about me not going with her, like a 3 year old.

I try to break up, but cant hold frame and pull the trigger (I have bad OCD and anxiety and have trouble making hard decisions)

Now she's moved into disrespect, telling me over text, "I can't remember the last time I actually needed birth control anyways, lol. I guess the upside to all this is I no longer have to pretend you're good in bed"

This makes me feel angry enough to ghost her on the spot. But I start to feel like that's the coward's way out instead of being a man and telling her how I feel.

I guess I'm just looking for reassurance about how to handle this. Ive really been brought down over the past 6 months or so.
