I'll start this post by giving some background on myself. I found the red pill around 2 years ago, and used the techniques prescribed to get myself a good-looking LTR without properly swallowing the pill. To nobodies surprise she left me around 6 months ago, which is when I rediscovered the pill. I'm overweight and I don't fuck supermodels, but I think I've learned something important that I'd like to share;

Like every other kind of respect, self respect must be earned.

When my LTR dumped me, I was a total slob with no ambition. I was cruising through university, not applying myself. I was 23 stone, and looked it. I did nothing but play video games all day and smoke weed in the evenings. I ate like shit, and was just generally miserable. I didn't respect myself at all.

Compare that to me now - I've dropped to just over 17 stone (and still falling), I eat right, I go the gym 6 days a week, I haven't played video games since the break up - I'm finally turning into someone I can actually respect, because I'm putting in the hard work to better myself. For that, I can't thank the red pill enough. For the first time in my life I'm putting myself first. I've found my mission.
