Society as we know it would absolutely crumble.

I know feminists have a wet dream ideal for this matriarchy, but women overall are too weak willed to do the dirty shit it takes to run it. They would all want fortune 500 jobs. It would simply spark a new categorization of oppression Olympics.

Note that any individual woman is very likely to do what it takes, but women as a demographic wouldn't.
